FAQs

  • Terms and Conditions

Refunds and name transfers are not permitted.

The selling or trading of Bib Numbers is prohibited.

    All Entry Fees are Non-Refundable.

Your online registration is not complete until you have received a confirmation in the last step. We recommended maintaining a copy of your online confirmation number for your records. A signed liability waiver, located on the registration form MUST be completed before the start of the race. No person shall be permitted to participate without a signed liability waiver. If you have registered ONLINE, you have already signed this waiver electronically.

  • Race Registration Refund & Deferment Policy

Runners who become injured may defer their race registration for medical reasons. We hope that this will help you in planning your race schedule for the year and build confidence that if you should become injured you will be able to postpone your participation in the Atlantic City Marathon Race Series to the future event year.

Runners are eligible for registration deferment to the following calendar year if they are medically unable to complete the race they are registered for.

All deferment forms must be accompanied by a $15.00 processing fee. Runners must submit the form to race officials one week prior to the event date. No deferments will be granted after the race.

  • Event Cancellation

The Atlantic City Marathon Race Series events are held rain or shine. In the event of any weather situation including but not limited to hurricanes, extreme lightning storms, or any weather that results in an evacuation of the Atlantic City area the race will either have a delayed start or, depending on the intensity of the weather and decisions of local municipal governments, be cancelled. The determination will be made by the event management staff and local officials.

The staging of a race of this magnitude results in substantial expense prior to the actual race itself. Thus, in the event of a forced cancellation of the event, it is very likely that the financial impact on the race would not be any different than if the race was held without compromise.

If there are changes to the event schedule or cancellation due to a weather related event, all participants will be notified via email and updates will be posted on the event website as well as social media pages.

If the race is canceled, or modified to a virtual event due to COVID-19 restrictions, runners are able to  defer to future race in the same or subsequent calendar year. The standard deferment fee of $15 will be waiver. If you chose to defer to a race distance with a lower fee, the difference in race fee is non-refundable.

By registering for this event you understand that all registration fees are non-refundable and we reserve the right to cancel the event specifically, when weather or other physical conditions present a danger to participants as a whole.
